Please note that some events shown on the calendar are private events. We have included most of those events, in order to help you know if other groups might already have an event planned for the dates that you are thinking about for your own event. Depending on the groups sizes, we can usually accommodate multiple groups at the same time with enough advanced planning time. You can click on most events for a brief description or additional information.
