Current volunteer staff includes:
Wayne Parker - acting director, chair of trustees
Nancy Spears - office manager
Tim Jacobsen - maintenance manager
Jerry Pipher - kitchen manager
Sharon Hessling - volunteer coordinator
A new structure was instituted in January of 2024 with the starting of the new 501(c)3. A board of trustees is responsible for managing the camp.
